From Boston – approximately 70 minutes
- Take I-90 W/I-93 and merge onto I-90 W
- Take the exit onto I-93 S
- Take exit 7 on the left for MA-3 S toward Cape Cod
- Continue onto MA-3 S
- Continue onto US-6 E (signs for Sagamore)
- Follow US-6 E to Exit 5 for Marstons Mills and W. Barnstable
- Follow Meetinghouse Way, Route 149, until it dead ends at Route 6A
- Turn left on Route 6A, which is also Main Street, and continue .6 mile to The Bursley Manor, which is on the left at 651 Main Street
From Providence – approximately 75 minutes
- Take I-195 E and MA-25 E to MA-28 S in Bourne
- Continue to US-6 E
- Follow US-6 E to Exit 5 for Marstons Mills and W. Barnstable
- Follow Meetinghouse Way, Route 149, until it dead ends at Route 6A
- Turn left on Route 6A, which is also Main Street, and continue .6 mile to The Bursley Manor, which is on the left at 651 Main Street
From New York City – approximately 4 hours
- From FDR Drive, Take exit 17 on the left for Robert F Kennedy Bridge toward I-278/Bruckner Expwy/Grand Central Pkwy and continue onto Robert F Kennedy Bridge
- Take the I-278 E exit on the left toward I-87 N/Bronx, keep right and merge onto I-278 E
- Take exit Interstate 278 toward New Haven and continue onto I-95 N
- Stay on I-95 N until you cross into Massachusetts. There, take exit 19 to merge onto I-195 E/US-6 E toward East Providence/Cape Cod
- Stay on I-195 E and then take Exit 22A to merge onto MA-25 E toward Cape Cod, then continue on MA-28 S
- At Bourne Rotary S, take the 5th exit onto Sandwich Rd E; then turn right onto the Mid-Cape Connector before merging onto US-6 E
- Follow US-6 E to Exit 5 for Marstons Mills and W. Barnstable
- Follow Meetinghouse Way, Route 149, until it dead-ends at Route 6A
- Turn left on Route 6A, which is also Main Street, and continue .6 mile to The Bursley Manor, which is on the left at 651 Main Street
